SINGLE SUPPLEMENT - AUD $ 775.00

  • No GST applied as the entire activity is conducted offshore.

  • The registration fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Note the local currency is the Euro

 

No application will be confirmed as registered until a 35% deposit has been received

30% progress payment due by COB 1st May 2024

Final 35% payment must be received by COB 8th July 2024

Registrations after 1st May 2024 but prior to 8 July 2024 will require a 65% non refundable deposit

Registrations after 8th July 2024 (if space available) will require the entire non refundable fee to be payable

 

Please be aware that as there are many logistical preparations and costs that we incur at an early stage as well as deposits that we are required to place, we must apply a cancellation policy if you choose to make a subsequent cancellation. Good travel insurance should cover you for such an eventuality and it is worth checking with your provider. Of course if for any reason we were forced to cancel the meeting all monies paid to us would be refunded in full. Please see the registration form for details of our cancellation policy as well as the boxed item below.

  • Access post event to all material presented at the conference sessions in PDF format ( PPT format by specific request )

  • 7 nights accomodation

  • A round of golf at each of Laranjal (x 2), Oceans, North, South and Royal Courses

  • Transfers to/from golf courses

EXCLUSIONS

  • International/domestic flights

  • Airport transfers - can be arranged by MOTE for a small surcharge

  • Any meals not listed above

  • Personal expenses including drinks

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal equipment - note that golf club hire can be arranged

  • Please contact us if you are travelling alone and do not wish to share.

  • A single supplement is available for AUD $775.00

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of confirmed bookings must be in writing. The following charges will apply:

  • Deposits are refiundable up to 30th March 2024

  • Progress payments are non refundable
